Sim won’t travel through first arch in the jungle.

I know it’s a dig pile on the other side I have exited the vacation and come back. I even changed families and came back they will not go though. I don’t know how to even get to the other side to even begin moving it. I am playing the xbox version

    Hi jodzstar​ 

    Since you are on XBox, I have no idea what could be done to fix it other than maybe disabling the Jungle adventure pack, save the game and then re-enable. 

    This will make you loose all JA content you have used on that save though.
    Would that be a way for you to go ?
