Sim won't cook using fridge/stove

Hey guys, I'm new to The Sims so forgive me for asking, but can anyone tell me what this is above my Sims head? She refuses to cook anything. This appears over her head when I try to get her to make ...

    Also... the 'thought bubble' above her head is the clock. I can't remember which career I got that clock from with one of my Sims (maybe computers?), but I believe that it includes a 'focus' (?) moodlet. Anyway, if you have a clock like that in your kitchen somewhere, try moving it to the inventory and see if that possible helps?

@SheriGR, you are correct in that that clock is from the Computer career! 🙂  While we cant' see the actual clock in the house from the picture, it is definitely that clock that is in the thought bubble! 🤨
