sims 4 body changes (sliders, hips, legs, etc) not saving after I edit them

Question

I Do not have any mods but every time I edit the sims, either through manage household or in live, the body slider changes do not save, I csn change things like skin color, hair, clothes, and etc, but I can't change their body shape, as soon as I exit or save the world snd rejoin, any changes are immediately reverted. It's been a while since I played, and I wanted to enjoy the new expansion pack only for this bug to crop up and irritate me.

@Fairywhisker  Does this happen to all your Sims, even if you start a new save game and make new Sims ?

Yes it does, I tested that recently.

@Fairywhisker  what platform are you playing on ? Did you try a game repair ?

i am playing on PC, and no i didn't try a game repair, It was on a whole new fresh installation.
