trying to catch up on sims 4 packs, i own most of the expansions and packs, i usually buy through the build a bundle however it is now only showing the option for me to pick a base game and an expansion pack, instead of the usual expansion/game pack/stuff pack. i can't find a way to change it back, ea i'm trying ot give you money, let me please.
If you already own a lot of packs it won't let you build a new expansion/game/stuff pack bundle. Does it give you that message?
@oof_SKY_DADDY That's the bundle you see when your account doesn't own the base game. Please make sure you're signed into the correct account, and that Sims 4 is showing as owned in your Origin game library. You can also try buying through origin.com rather than the app.
If that's not the issue, do you happen to own Sims 4 through Steam? I'm not sure how bundling works in Origin if your base game was added to your account through Steam. This might be a problem even if you own a copy in each platform, although I'm not sure.
