sims 4 build a bundle only showing a base game bundle

trying to catch up on sims 4 packs, i own most of the expansions and packs, i usually buy through the build a bundle however it is now only showing the option for me to pick a base game and an expans...

If you already own a lot of packs it won't let you build a new expansion/game/stuff pack bundle. Does it give you that message?
