[Sims 4] Can't transfer funds to Vet Clinic?

@Da1UDesire I locked this thread as it's older and we have a current bug report for this.
Please use this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FR-CD-DO-GTW-Households-funds-stay-same-when-transferring-money/td-p/13659319 if your Sim is living in a residential rental as a renter.
If you have this issue for other lot types, please make sure you remove all mods/cc and if that doesn't help, create a new thread.
