Sims 4: Community Lots and Houses Missing or Invisible

Hi Every time I move a Sim into a House already made on the Sims 4, it is just a blank lot whereas on the Map it is a house and when My sim travels to a community lot, once again the lot is blank? ...

Do you not have a backup or are the houses all gone there too ?

Yes We have all tried that. It does not work for me.

So they keep disappearing even if you replace them ? Have you tried offline mode as well ?

Ok so I spoke to an EA advisor and he told me to re-install the game..
I did it and it has worked fine since that. It sucks though because everything gets lost.. I'm not sure if you can save your families and stuff to your gallery and if you re-install they will be there? Worth a try maybe.
Anyway, it's not a great solution but I'm just happy the issue is gone - for now anyway haha...
