I can open the app but then I can not load a game. I am receiving error code 134:12e29241:7b2fab64

Attempting to fix game for my SO as they are primary player of the game. when we launch, we keep getting error code: 134:12e29241:7b2fab64 Failed to load and it suggests a relaunch when attempting to resume game. Have attempted verifying integrity of game files, uninstalling and reinstalling, Disabling and re-enabling mods and cc content from the menu but no luck. Any help would be welcome.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
