Sims 4 event rewards disappeared

So two or so days ago I reinstalled the game to play the new Forever Friends Event and when I loaded up my save that I do all the events with I got the pop up that said that something from build mode was removed and then I also had the pop up that said that something from CAS was removed. That save is purely base game and I also don't have any CC or Mods installed. At first I didn't notice anything missing but after a while I realized that the Touch Grass Weekly, Issue #3 and also the Rings of Growth Tattoo were missing from my game. They also don't appear in other saves and when I try to get them through rooms/sims from the gallery I also get the pop ups again that say that something was removed. I'm sure that I finished the Nature's Calling event and that I used to have these rewards in my game. In the save that I do these events with I even have a notification that says that I completed that collection.

I tried to repair my game but that didn't help so now I don't know what to do to get them back.
