Sims 4 event rewards disappeared

I don't have an error code or anything. I completed the Cozy Celebrations event on either Jan 3 or Jan 4, I don't quite remember. All the rewards were working perfectly until I updated the game today. I have done everything I can think of - restarted the game, restarted my PC, repaired the game through Steam, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared the EA app's cache...Nothing worked. The support agent told me to report the bug here, so that's what I'm doing. It's as if somehow my event progress was simply erased from my account. The really strange thing is that it's ONLY affecting the Cozy Celebrations event. The Reaper's Rewards event stuff is all still working perfectly. How can I fix this and get my rewards back?

I have all the rewards from week 1, 2 and 4 and some of the ones from week 3. I'm just missing the tattoo and one of the collectibles.
I have tried the fresh folder and repaired my game again but that didn't help. I was still missing the 2 things even though I unlocked them before. It's almost like they were deleted from my Account or something. :/

Hi, I just got a new laptop and transfered over the User settings file and all that but only 1 event's rewards are coming up. My PC was on the cloud so I cant go back to it on the old laptop but the files from it are on my desktop. I transfered that user settings file from there but yeah, only the one event pops up. Any help would be great.
