Sims 4 Newborn not aging

Hey! So I was wondering if I could get any help on an issue, recently I was playing Sims and I came across an issue where the babies birthday never comes, it just continues to move onto the next day and I'm not sure what's causing it, because I'd like to age infants up on their birthday not manually, I have checked to make sure aging is on. It is! So any ideas on what could be causing this are welcome, thanks!

    Is this happening with all the newborns in your game or just with the one baby? Did you try seeing if the baby would age if you left it a little longer into the day or the next day? Are all your other sims that are at different age stages, aging up as they should? 
    If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the baby ages  without mods/cc there.
