Sims 4 not allowing me to play once house is selected for move in!!

I'll start with i play with mods and cc.  I will create a new sim and go to the world menu open the cheat task bar, enable cheats and use the free real estate cheat, then select my house as normal. ...

@hannibalmoles1 Did you test if it works without mods/cc ?

If not, please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save,
