sims 4 paranormal stuff pack

I bought it and it says its unlocked but it wont download or let me download it.
gameplay issue

    Hi @desirehf,

    The pack has not gone live yet. Once the pack does, it'll be downloadable. Hang in there, sooooooon.

Same! I’ve tried repairing a few times with no luck!

So I finally got it to work on my end. I had to uninstall everything. Every single game and then when I went to reinstall the sims 4 it let me pick all my packs. This was via Origin.
