sims 4 PS5 content issues

i am having issues getting content from love struck some of the things show up but the herbert heart plush is missing FIX please i uninstalled the game which made me lose my free content from the event in june and it still hasn't popped up

    Same for me. I can’t build, and when I go to download a house/room it gets stuck on the load screen, and sometimes it won’t even add the content I just downloaded.  I can’t understand why it’s always a problem when something new is released.
