sims 4 travel

When I try to visit another lot the screen is staying stuck on the loading page.

Jahatu Are you using mods/cc ?

Is it any lot or a specific one or do you have issues with generally not being able to leave the current lot ?

No mods/cc- when visiting any lots in Willow Creek only.
