Sims 4 Xbox One - Sims won’t use stairs.

There is nothing in the way, I’ve rebuilt and reorganised, and no sims or pets will use any stairs on any lot. Yesterday the same lots and stairs were working fine. 

Reloading the game fixes it until I visit another lot and return home, suddenly they won’t use the stairs again.
