Sims are super slow and take forever to start the interaction

Hi!

Ever since the August 19th update i have noticed that my sims are super slow with starting their interactions (if that makes sense). For example they have no trouble walking over to the interaction but starting the interaction can take up to an hour in sims time. 

I have tried repairng my game multiple times and that has not worked. I also tried to take out everything in my mods folder and repair it but that did not have any effect either. I have also tried to start a new save file, both with and without mods and cc and that does not seems to change anything either.

I am used to the game having good and bad days but my game has been slow for a while now. I do not know what else i can do to fix my game. Would really appreciate all the help i can get!
