Sims are super slow and take forever to start the interaction

Hi! Ever since the August 19th update i have noticed that my sims are super slow with starting their interactions (if that makes sense). For example they have no trouble walking over to the interact...

_Anna_wall_0501_​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
