sims cannot use any furniture apart from mirror

My sims cannot use any furniture in their house aside from the mirrors.  Everytime I try to get them to use anything I get the action that they cannot get to it. 

I have tried this with multiple lots and it happens with them all, the lots wern't made with bb.moveobjects and this has only recently started happening.

I do use mods but have ran the conflict detector to no issue.
