Sims changing completely every time i press play?
It's not my mods because I deleted them all and it's still doing this nobody what I do. it's the same character it changes to every time. I don't know what to do.

Could you please provide the following information
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac)
- Does this happen to every Sim or just this particular one ?
- Did you download them from the gallery or create yourself ?
- Do they change into a different Sim each time or switch between two versions ?
- Do you have the Sim in the gallery for testing ?
- Did you delete your cache files after removing your mods/cc ?
