@ClaudiaSokolo Did you test this without mods/cc in your game ? Make also sure you delete the localthumbcache file.

Unfortunately it is still a problem even when I removed the mods.

  @ClaudiaSokolo You might need another tooth fairy event to remove any moodlets/stuff properly. It might be that this is a side effect of the bug where all the moodlets disappeared.
  
  Not sure if it happens twice to children ?
  
  Otherwise I'm guessing there's some flag on the child that wasn't removed properly.
  
  Would you mind uploading the Sim to the gallery and put the name here ?

    Okay! I uploaded the family on the gallery, the family is called Ace family and it should be the two adults and the child, it is modded, the mom has black hair and the father has brown hair and is wearing a purple sweater with a chain.
