Sims complaining about not reaching items/ objects in the way.

They can get into the house and all the rooms have doors that are working. For example, they can enter the kitchen but can't use the sink in there or they can walk into the living room but can't use the couch. The only room they can't get into is the toilet on the first floor though I've tried everything with the door too and it should be accessible. They definitely have enough space and I had builds where there was definitely less space and everything worked.
