have you been able do solve this ? Would you mind sending me your save ?
I would say go ahead and just close this. Between the wonky updates and cc issues and new saves, this issue hasn't happened again, and quite frankly, I'm fairly done with this game at this point.
I moved this to the gameplay forum then.
If you do decide to play on and continue to have issues, I'll be happy to take a look at your save.
