Sims constantly flirting with same sex

Has anyone found their sims continuously flirting with the same sex even though they are set to heterosexual in CAS? My married male sims will flirt and initiate sex with other men, and now my girls are doing the same. It’s not a huge issue, but I do have to keep deleting or clearing certain relationships, and I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing it or if it’s a bug. The ones doing this are set to heterosexual in CAS and I have “exploring romantically” turned off. They also get the very flirt moodlet much more often than usual. I had a female cousin try to do a flirty interaction with her other female cousin. Why is this happening?

This is a married male Sim at College initiating a flirt interaction with another man. And in the other screenshot, you can see in CAS where his settings indicate that he should only be doing flirty interactions with other women, not men.

    @deejcake 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
