Sims detail edit mode is glitching

I noticed that my CAS is glitching. Whenever I go to edit a detail on the face its very jumpy and sort of flickers. At first, I thought it was an issue with the slider mods I have but I've tried uninstalling the game, checking integrity of game files, deleting the thumb file, updating my computer, and moving mods, yet nothing works.  It's very annoying and makes it hard to correctly see what I'm doing during editing the face or body. Can anyone help or has this happened to anyone else?
