Sims freezing to Death&Turning Blue in Fall/Summer, warm weather summer snow

I cannot tell if this started before or after purchasing and then quickly deleting the Weather Machine from Seasons Build/Buy or not but, i noticed my current sim playing as an employee in her tattoo...

There's a longstanding known issue for ice proof Sims so does anyone have that ? Does it affect all Sims on all the lots or just that particular lot for the employee and your active Sim ?

It was effecting all sims on the lot including the employees and, right now I’m not seeing a conflicting issue with it really after fully removing the weather machine and the amber crystal that brings sunshine. And no she does not have the iceproof trait. Thank you for all your continued help!
