Sims getting buffs for traits they don’t have

I’m playing with a Sim I downloaded off the gallery. I changed all of his traits and yet he keeps getting buffs for the noncommittal trait which he doesn’t have. I looked at other forums, which all gave solutions that only work for PC (traits.remove_trait) so how do I fix this for PS4?

To my knowledge you don't need testing cheats to remove/add traits so it shouldn't disable your achievements when using them.

You can always try on a new save game if you want to be sure for your current one.

Like download the Sim into a new save, change the traits with cheats and if it works without disabling, you can do the same in your main save.
