Sims keep dropping trash on the floor
My Sims will not throw trash away in the trash can off of the floor (they pick it up; walk a couple of steps and put it back down on the floor) even after being instructed to throw it away on Sims 4....

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- During which scenario is this happening ? Does it happen if you don't play a scenario ?
- Does this happen in all homes or just a specific one ?
- Have you tried moving stuff around ?
