Sims keep resetting after romantic interactions

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Life & Death, Love Struck, High school years, discover university, for rent, growing together, snowy escape, island living, seasons, city living , and cats and dogs. I have every stuff pack except paranormal stuff, laundry day, and bowling night.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing any romantic interaction with Sims Braden and Vera.
What happens when the bug occurs? The two sims will complete the romantic action but will immediately t-pose and reset. I took ALL of my mods/cc out of the game and it still happened every time.
What do you expect to see? I expect them to not reset after interacting romantically and keep an ongoing conversation/actions.

I did the 50/50 method down to playing with no mods or cc at all, and the bug keeps happening. Whats odd is that it is only happening between two of my sims(Braden and Vera). Every other played household in that world can complete ongoing romantic interactions just fine. I ran Better Exceptions and this is what I keep getting.
