Sims not doing anything

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If it happens to you, in living mode, after like 1 minute of entering the save?
What happens when the bug occurs? when I ask sims (all sims on the household) to do any action they go to do it but never actually does it, for example, if I ask my sim to go talk to the horse, they just go stand in front of it and never actually talks to the horse, or if I tell a sim to go pee they just stand in front of the wc and never use it or even sit on it. It happens with every action. If I happen to do it in that first minute where everything works, the sim does start the action but if the minute passes while they’re doing it, they never finish. (I don’t actually know if its a minute exactly or less) Everything else on the game works fine. I use cc but I read about people having the same problem without it. I had just started playing with this family and I’m just so tired of always having some kind of problem that literally doesn’t let me play the game.
What do you expect to see? just a normal gameplay, sims doing the actions I tell them to and finishing them.
