Sims not going to work until hours later and then never returning home
They won't go to work for hours and when they finally do they won't come home without forcing them too. Their work performance then goes down

- @bluvsc714 Are you using mods/cc ? Have you been playing around with the time changes in MCCC or use the Simulation Lag fix from MTS ?
I don't use any mods or CC and I never have.
- @bluvsc714 What time do they go to work ? Are their work hours shifted ?
It's just random. Sometimes they'll leave on time but won't leave work at the right time. Sometimes they'll go to work several hours after work was supposed to start and stay there until the next day.
- @bluvsc714 If you check their work tab, what time is given there ? The correct one or is that off ?
It gives the correct time that they should start, but when the time comes they don't start.
- @bluvsc714 Is this happening for all your households or just a specific one ? Do they go when you send them manually or does that just drop from queue ?
It's for all my households. The option to send them manually doesn't even show up.
- @bluvsc714 Could you start a new save game for testing purposes to see if it works there ?
Close down your game, start a new save game and test a random household.
This is to find out if it's a general issue on your game or save game related. I've already done this several times.
