Sims on getaways won’t change to/from hot/cold weather clothing

Hello, I made new custom lots using the new Adventure Awaits pack and I’ve noticed that sims sometimes won’t change to (or from) their hot/cold weather outfits and die. So far one sim died outside the resort in their daily clothes and one sim died from overheating due to wearing cold weather clothes in a heated room. I’ve had this issue before as well but now it seems more extreme.

I have the same issue, when on getaway all sims clothing is all messed up, they have the wrong clothing on, sometimes it's the same outfit regardless of the weather and they are going to bed and having showers with their clothes on, some of the gloves are not showing at all even when not on a getaway
