Sims Won't Stop 'React To PDA' Every Single Time They're Around Others

Not sure what this is and when it was added. I'm guessing its a DLC things since I never had this before I bought Growing Together-Life and Death last month. its super annoying and I want it to stop. Is there a way to stop it? Any tuning mods for it like Sims pulling out their phone to text while walking non stop?
