Sneaking Out pop up without the High School Years Pack

I just got this pop up in my game while running a restaurant. I don't know what else to say other than "I DO NOT own High School Years" pack. Also, there are not and never where any mods on this...

    Sneak out here just means to leave the room without anyone noticing.

I'm confused. The notifications says learn more about fears ? I don't see the connection to the sneak out here.

Do you have a screenshot of the sneak out message you're referencing ?
