I play on my PlayStation 5 and the new event is not letting me claim anything. On the home event screen it says next reward in 4 days 19 hours and then on the gameplay screen it says please wait and try again as the gnomes try to fix the failure. Is anyone else having this same issue? I’ve been waiting and have been sooo excited for this event to come out 😭 Anything helps!!

that's a fairly common message for console unfortunately. Seems to occur for a lot of the events. Did you have any issues in the past ?

That’s actually the same message I had on Mac, which I fixed by restarting the EA App. That fix doesn’t really apply directly for console, unfortunately. Maybe just restarting the PlayStation, or logging out and back in to the EA account?
the new masquerade ball login event is not working for me. I can see it on the home page, but when I go into the game and try to access it, it does not work it just says the gnomes are trying to fix it. I am online so I do not know why it's not work, I've tried reloading the game and my pc ,nothings working
I’m having the same exact issue on my Xbox but I haven’t figured out how to fix it. If it’s a bug with consoles in general it might take a while😭
I have been logging in each day, for the past three days. My log ins ARE being registered. It says I'm at check in three of three. However, I have never, not once, had the items be not greyed out, saying that I can't claim them. And in gameplay I'm getting the "Gnomes are trying to fix the failure message" when I thought this was ONLY supposed to be a log in event?
Sometimes I'll even see text under the event button on the home screen that'll say to claim the item. Today it said something about clicking to claim the Midnight Chime Clock, but I'll click that and nothing changes. I can't claim it, and they don't show up in the build/buy catalog either.
I have used mods before, but all are disabled from my game and I don't understand what's causing this. I've closed my game. Closed the whole EA app. Signed out and back in. And also turned my computer off and come back the next day. None of these have fixed the problem. I'm on PC.

What security software are you using ?
Can you try restarting EA app and if that doesn't work, reinstall it ?
