Still can't woohoo Grim

Ever since the option to have a reaper baby came into the game, it has been bugged for me. I can get a relationship with Grim, but every time I try for baby or woohoo, they go to the bed, then just stand there. Playing on Series X. I have Seasons, City Living, Eco Lifestyle, Get Together, Get Famous, Island Living, Cats and Dogs, Get To Work, and a few of the kits and bundles.
