Strangerville Vendor

I have only noticed this happening only when I play in the world of strangerville. I've only played on the residential lot thats near the vendor stall and every night, if my sim was asleep in the middle of the night, they immediately wake up and become the vendor even though the stall is closed. And my sim already had a job in the military career. And it would affect their progress because they are just a "vendor". It temporary fills her all needs automatically, then after a while, it randomly drops back to exactly where it was and my sim is immediately back to the low levels they were previously. 

I have to travel to another world in order for them to actually get some sleep and fill their needs. And it was a bit of a struggle because I was completing the Strangerville Mystery aspiration at the time i was playing it.

I even tested it to see if it happens anywhere else or if it was a mod issue. It wasn't. It only happens if I live and actively play in Strangerville.
