This is an issue I have been experiencing alot lately. Sometimes when I go to the map to travel I get stuck in a loading screen. I do not now how to fix this I do not use mods or cc and when i get stuck I have to use the task manager to quit the game. Is there a solution?
Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

I am also having this issue and I do not use mods or cc. I am able to select travel but before the map loads it is stuck loading and I have to restart my computer for it to let me close the game. I also am not able to load the new crest map when selecting which lot I want to purchase when using residential rentals but I’m not sure if this is a different problem or not.
