Tattoo parlor problems

Hi! With the new ep I decided to open a tattoo parlor, but I'm having some problems with it (I want to clarify that I tested both with and without mods and the problem persists)

1-  Clients don't want tattoos. They just hang around and get offended when I offer them a tattoo. To this day I managed to tattoo only characters my sims was already friends with. When someone finally comes and asks for a tattoo, they lay down on the bed and the interaction begins but stops halfway through for no reason.

2- Can't give custom tattoos. I both tried with sims in my household and clients, but the CAS doesn't open. The interaction is on but in the end they don't have tattoos.
