@Cue_F1 It does look weird. Is there some kind of plattform or foundation? That usually makes it look like that.
You could also upload the lot to the Gallery, saying the name of it and your account name there, for me and anyone else interested to look at it.@Cue_F1 , did you place it with the Move Objects On cheat? 🤔 (that was the first thing I thought of looking at the pictures). Also, are you on a console or on a PC or Mac ? If you are on a PC or Mac , do you play with any Mods or Custom Content (CC)? Outdated Mods or CC can cause problems in the game.🤨

It's the platform on the inside. The inside screenshot shows it at ground level. You need to place a platform on top of the foundation on the outside and raise it to meet the door. It looks like 2 clicks up so you will need to add another 1 click platform next to it or place a staircase so the sim can walk up it. Naw, no cheat, just wicked whim
I did not have a chance to try that out, but I built the whole first floor again tho. That worked out for me, and it was a drag.
