[The Sims 4 - Realm of Magic] - My Virtuoso Spellcaster can't earn talent points

Alright, so I leveled up a virtuoso spellcaster and all has been going well. But at 15 talent points it isn't giving me anymore talent points. You can totally max out a vampire, but I'm wondering if it's different with spellcasters. I could use some help. My game is up to date and I also verified ALL of the game files. I don't have any custom content installed at all and I own the following packs:

Expansions:

Get To Work

Get Together

Cats & Dogs

City Living

Game Packs:

Realm of Magic (Obviously)

Jungle Adventures

Outdoor Retreat

Vampires

Dine Out

Spa Day

Stuff Packs:

Laundry Day

Bowling Night

Movie Hangout

Free Stuff:

Holiday Celebration

Grim's Ghoulish Guitar

This is a current save in the town of glimmerbrook as well. Please help, thanks.

    @CelesteCranberry  I've moved this post to General Discussion and Feedback too.  I have no idea how this works, but I'm sure another helper here will be able to explain it, and help you troubleshoot if necessary.
