Time for the next and most important vote!
We are voting to determine what new gameplay features could be included within this Stuff Pack.
You can vote between:
- Off the grid: An optional gameplay system for Sims who want to disconnect from the utilities grid, and instead choose to live off the land.
- Laundry: An optional gameplay system that’s only used by the active household when laundry objects are placed on the Sim’s home lot. Moodlets and modifiers to the decay rate of certain needs serve as some of the benefits and pushback of this system.
- Food Preserves: A collection of features that add new things to do with your harvestable fruits and vegetables, allowing your Sims to produce and store food for personal use or profit.
- Carbon Conscious: A collection of features that allows Sims to reduce their carbon emissions in a variety of ways.
Voting ends on June 26, 2017 at 10AM PT.

There are aspects of each category that I really like, so this is difficult! 😮 I would like the wash tub/clothes line (from Laundry) and the water pump (from Off the Grid) to have my Sims live out my frontier dreams (Think "Little Sims on the Prairie"! 🤓 ). Also when I think of living in an environmentally sound way, I think the stuff from Off the Grid fits that most, and it is similar to Eco objects we had in previous Sims games, and I liked those objects. Also, the "Freegan" trait (from the Carbon Conscious) sounds like fun in our game! 😎 But hands down, if I had to choose wha
tI really wanted in my game, I would choose the Food Preserves category!!! ❤️ It is how I want to play my game, not what I think "should" be in the pack, cuz lets face it ,.. while recycling should be in the pack, it sounds kind of boring compared to the other aspects we can have. Ideally we should have all of these things in an Eco Pack (it is an important enough topic to warrant all these aspects!) 😉 So, I chose the Food Preserves category. I think it has the most potential for use in my game, and I love it any time my Sims can make stuff or transform other objects! It could also work well with the Herbalist trait from the Outdoors pack! Plus, I really hate it when a Sims food spoils, especially if they are not rich, so this would be a great way to get the most out of my Sims' meals/produce!Thank you so much for letting us vote on future packs for the Sims! We appreciate it! ⭐
