The sims 4 Life or Death pack issue
I had a very rich sim who just passed away due to old age and he had his will set up to split with 4 different households outside of his own - each household would receive 20% upon his death. Well that sim also had an adult sim living with him still and a grandchild. I assumed that the household funds would be split between those 4 different households and the remaining 20% would be left in the household with the adult and the grandchild. I’ve visited two of the households that was set to receive inheritance and neither house has received it.
is the reason due to the remaining two sims being in the household after the sim’s death? Does that disqualify the Will that was made? Someone please explain lol. I’m a console player - No mods.
I don’t think the money goes anywhere unless there’s no one left in the household. You can leave heirlooms to other families, but the will only affects money if they’re living alone when they die.
