The Work Tasks Bar is no longer appearing for Doctor Career

My sim is a university student also balancing the doctor career. All of a sudden the task bar stopped appearing when I go to work with her. I have no mods. I've already deleted cache, repaired the game, attempted to resave. I'm not sure what else to do.
