Time not freezing when daughter at university.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? University, Patio Stuff, Sims 4 Legacy edition, City Living, Dogs and Cats and holiday edition stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you play the sim who is at University, the time at her previous household (parents) still continues when it should freeze meaning when I play the game in her parents household time still continues in the university meaning her grades are failing and she is not doing anything in my control.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I log into Sims, The time at her previous household (parents) still continues when it should freeze meaning when I play the game in her parents household time still continues in the university meaning her grades are failing and she is not doing anything in my control.
What do you expect to see? I expect for the other household to freeze whilst I'm playing their daughter as they are moved out and for when I play as the parents household for the university sim to freeze as well so I am in control and things aren't happening without m control.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

When I log into Sims 4 Am I meant to just keep playing as the daughter in university until she has graduated? Because when I play as the household of her parents time has still continued meaning they aren't happy and they aren't going to jobs/schools. For example the mother was pregnant and then i played as the sim in university for four days and went to play the other household again and when it loaded she had had the baby in a crib and an automatic name was chosen for the baby without any of my control over the pregnancy or anything.
