I pre-ordered a few days ago, went in to Origin this morning to install it and play but it didn't automatically happen. When I find it in the store it says I already own it, when I find it under 'more options' on the base game icon it has a green tick which says 'unlocked'. All the other EPs have a green tick with 'installed' next to it and then an option to buy it as a gift.
I've restarted my laptop and Origin multiple times and have also reinstalled Origin but nothing is working. Any suggestions???
I think the pack doesn't officially drop today until 10:00 am PST, as I was still able to "pre-order" it this morning.
I preordered the new High School years pack the other day, and today I have not been able to install the game. My game has been updated and repaired, and it says that I have the expansion pack unlocked. Should I just wait it out?

I'm having this problem . Then i try to submit an error report it won't submit. It keeps saying check internet. I'm online and have internet. I'm getting annoyed.
