Tomarang White world (all saves)

If you are using TOOL and the world was white world from start, update the mod.

this is pretty much exactly what happened to me but only with tomarang- i had played a household for a while and now it just won't load in the world at all anymore. total white screen. it's crazy!!

I have the same issue. Was building a 6 unit apartment (ReR) in Oasis Springs. Saved and quit the game. loaded my game later and Oasis Springs is white. I can access every other world but that one and this is a new save that I'm building on. I'll put my save here. Didn't have this issue with the apartments I made in Willow creek but this is my first one thats a 6 unit. so idk. Also I have repaired my game and deleted the localthumb file and I do not use any mods

I just had the same issue today. I've been using Tomarang and adding some lots and all of a sudden it wouldn't load and stayed blank. I've tried everything, is not mod related, I updated the game, repared it from the EA app... I just started playing a few weeks ago so I don't have a backup save file and it's the only save file I'm using. All the other worlds seem fine, I'm not sure what to do. 

it worked and then stopped working- i did try and remove all mods but to no avail. unfortunately deleting the localthumbcache file did not work either

you need to go to our documents folder, find the file and delete it there.

There are two white world issues.

Did it never use and you use mods or it worked and then stopped working ?

hi! how do you delete the localthumbcache file? is that the same as clearing the cache through the EA app on pc? i'm having the same issue as op and cannot figure it out lol

@a631f42e9225f27a Have you been using tool ? (I know you said you removed your mods but maybe you didn't delete the localthumbcache file). If it never worked, it's most often an outdated mod.
