Took out all of my mods and I am still having issues playing.

Question

Hello,Yesterday, I had no problems getting into my game. I had a new family that I created and added a building from the gallery to the lot (That might have something to do with my issue). Today is a different story. When I first received the error message Error Code 111:6b63f47b:ed1ef49b, I thought it was a mod issue. So, I took out all of my mods and I am still getting this error. How do I fix this?I also thought that I might give you my last save just in case. But it says Unsupported extension type.I not only took out my mods at this point, but my saves and trays too. I did do repairs to both the EA app and the game and those didn't work either.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post or a doc file and upload the doc file.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

HelloRemember that I mentioned that did take out all the mods, but I am still getting the same message without the mods in it. Otherwise, even though the error says it's a mod, It's not a mod issue since I also get it after I took them all out.I do have Better Exceptions or Last Exceptions, but it only gave me a turnable_perf warning. There were a couple of other times, where it took longer for the game load (Even without mods), when I went back into Better Exceptions, I found out that it was still scanning.I even took out Better Exceptions and I still get the same error trying to get into the household without mods.&nbsp;Someone on Facebook said that it might be my Saved file that might be the issue. I took them all out, as well as the mods, and the tray files too. Do I have to just see if the reason for the issue is Save related? What are the steps for that one?I guess I need to know what the steps are to fix this issue. I know that it is not a mod one.And I have Windows 11, and I hope that I created the two rar files correctly. I couldn't find the last exception PDF file.

Hello,I just tested out my Sims 4 game for the same issue I have been getting. Now, I took out all my Mods, saved, and tray files. I tested out my name without any of the files, and it worked. Then I tested it again with the tray files back. No problems there. Then, I put all the saved files back, and I got the Error Code 111:6b63f47b:ed1ef49b message. So it is a saved file issue. I have attacked two potential save files via .rar that might be the issue. The one that is .save.rar also has ver01 to 4. I couldn't add them all in here because the file was too large. Do I just take out one of them and see if I get the same error message?I haven't added all the mods back in, yet. I will do that once I get rid of one or more of the saved files.

Hello,I tested it again, and it was the last Save that was the issue. I have create another family that I was about to play with an idea. But I am going to use a different building.

@SimSeeker 111 are usually broken objects on the lot. Unfortunately it's not clear from the LE what it is.

So yes, it will only be one house that has the issue.

If you don't care about the home it's easiest to enter it in build mode and just bulldoze it and build something new, that should get rid of it.
