Townies Wearing Paper Bag on Head.

Recently, no matter which save I play, every sim outside of my household is wearing those paper bags from cottage living. I tried going into CAS to take it off, but when CAS loads, there is no paper bag. This has been happening for months. It also happens to my other households while I'm playing with a different household.

Like I just want a way to see the sims faces I'm interacting with.

I don't use any mods or CC, so that can't be the problem.

it is from the N.A.P's! Thank you for helping me, I just figured this out in game and came to delete the og comment. I have had eco lifestyle for a long time and never had this happen until recently, so I never knew it was a thing. The reason I thought it was a bug was bc I created an entirely new save recently and it happened with every household I made, so I was going a little crazy.

it is from the N.A.P from Eco Lifestyle! Thank you for letting me know, I just figured this out in game and came to delete the comment. I have had eco lifestyle for a long time and never had this happen until recently, so I never knew it was a thing. idk where I got that it was from cottage living.

I moved this to gameplay as this is normally not a bug. As said by kimberlyaz1992 it's usually the Wear bags NAP.

Please make sure to check the neighborhood it occurs in.

I thought the paper bags were from Eco Lifestyle, from the Neighborhood Action Plans (rather than from Cottage Living). Can you go to your sim's mailbox and check to see which Neighborhood Action Plans are currently voted in? If "We Wear Bags" is one of the current Action Plans, then other sims will be wearing bags over their heads.
