Transmogrify high level items from build mode to look like low level?

Hi is there a way or a mod on PC where I can transmog higher level items from build mode to look like a lower level item like for example make a shower called Double Delight look like Sheer Will Clawfoot Tub? I'm trying make my Mansion look like a mixture of Vampire and Realm of Magic as much as possible.

If not then maybe a cheat to increase the level and add buffs etc?

Sorry if this has already been asked but I've been searching for ages and couldn't find anything.

    No it can not be made to look different from what it is.

    The solution is simple if you want Sheer Will Clawfoot Tub just use that.

    Then I would be missing out on some higher stats. If there's no transmogrification mod or cheat to change stats then I'll probably just get downloading some extra furniture choices and see what they're like.

    @DonroaAkashu Only self-cleaning, lessen breakages and other stuff but not stats such as comfort levels, hygiene, water-draining and other stuff to the same level as some of the more premium items.
